Grapes and their Magical Powers, am I lazy or what?

Well, we went to Oakencroft Winery (http://www.oakencroft.com). I have to say that it was quite the experience. The only part of the trip that was better than visiting the winery, was when I was called as one of the people that passed the Introductory Sommelier's exam. My wife and I actually got to meet Felicia Rogan (No pictures please), and she was a wonderful woman. A person that rolls up in a 1967 Jag, with the Jaguar hood ornament cut off and replaced by a plastic bull, has to be interesting, and she was. She was also a very kind woman, and I would love to have a chance to sit down and talk with her. A very interesting story there. Enjoy some of the best that VA has to offer.

Gorgeous Photos!

I love pictures with the sun in them, blinking through. So I adore the farmhouse pic. Sooo Country.

It will be fun, when you come visit out west and we rock through cellars and barrel rooms and vineyards.

Well, I was typing in random things, and I happened across Weapons of Mass Dysfunction. I read a few of the posts that were there, and I thought, "WOW can this girl write!" I kept reading and posted through my drunken haze. As I have said before, "Wine is a catalyst. It will evoke thought and emotion." At least that is what it is to me. Anyhow, I liked what I saw, and I will continue stopping by from time to time.
