Glühwein is a German holiday drink. It is basically an amalgamation of several different varietals, and spices. People usually drink it warm, and add cinnamon to it. I think that the version that I bought this year had Spätburgunder, Muscat Blanc, Reisling, and some others. I am saving for when you arrive. You, Phil, Julie, and I are going to have a tasting of it.
